Immune Boosting Elderberry Smoothie Recipe

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries and raspberries
  • 1/4 cup elderberry elixir
  • 2 tbs frozen broccoli or spinach
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add yogurt and chia seeds in the blender. Blend to allow chia seeds to absorb moisture.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  3. Serve immediately for a slightly frozen treat or put in the refrigerator for more of a blended drink.
