If something isn’t quite right, even if you’ve opened or tried the product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund, replacement, or store credit — whichever works best for you.
Returns
Due to the nature of our consumable wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened items back into inventory for safety and quality reasons.
However, your satisfaction is our priority — so instead of requiring a return, we stand behind our satisfaction guarantee. Just reach out to us and we’ll take care of you.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it — but reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. Still stuck? Let us know — we’ll do what we can to assist.
