Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with All Things Elderberry! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order, including our timelines, rates, and policies.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume times such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship using standard carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

3. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping yet.

4. Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

6. Delays and Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. All Things Elderberry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at allthings@allthingselderberry.com so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or outdated address.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and details at [info@allthingselderberry.com]. We’ll make it right!

9. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

We may offer local pickup options at select events or markets. If available, this will be listed during checkout.
